In response to the “move of quality assurance” launched by the state authority, in ordre to further improve product quality and enhance the image of Shuguang’s products in the international markets and the domestic, we make the commitment as the following for the public and the customers:

1. Further improve our quality assurance system, strengthen quality management so as to ensure all the products delivered meet all relevant national standards and the techncial specifications specified in contracts and ensure 100% qualification of the products.

2. Make delivery strictly in accordance with contract requirements. Where techncial services are required, we will dispatch technical staffs to provide technical guidance, installation and commissioning so as to ensure normal operation of the products.

3. In order to ensure quality services before, during and after sales, we will provide the customers with relevant data that meet the customers’ requirements in product performances and service requirements. In case of any quality problem within the warranty period, we will make response within 24 hourse from the receipt of such notice.

4. We provide warranty for our products (repair, replacement and return) for a period of 1 year. For any quality problem occurred during the warranty period, we will fulfill our obligations strictly in accordance with the contract requirements. For those products exceeding the warranty period, we provide repair services subject to customers’ requirements.

5. If the customer needs to have technical training, we will help to provide training for its staff, and provide guidance for operation, servicing and repair. We will make routine visit and trace quality for key customers.
6. We will hold symposium with customers on regular basis, and properly handle all the customers fedbacks, and improve product performances and product quality according to customers’ requirements.
